My Favorite Healthy Foods and Recipes

One of my favorite drinks is 2 cups of water, one lemon juiced, and 2 packets of truvia.  Oh what a wonderfully delicious, magically nutritious treat!  Lemon juice is a great thing to drink in the morning to jump start your liver.  Lemon help to clean your liver which is one of the most important organs when it comes to your metabolism and loosing weight.  So eat your lemons.  I always drink mine through a straw so I don't ruin the enamel on my teeth.
