Halle Turns 5!

I can't believe my baby is 5!  I'll probably say that every time she has a birthday.

I was thinking about skipping the party, but then decided I couldn't miss out on her 5 year old excitement.

It wasn't really a Princess Party, it was a dance party!

All the girls changed into Princess dresses after they arrived!

It was a morning party so we had some Snowman (pumpkin flavored) waffles!

We opened presents!

And we danced!  Halle loves to Dance so we did lots of dancing.

Halle really wanted to go to Red Robin for her birthday!

Actually all the kids (meaning brothers and sister) were so excited!

We have not been to Red Robin for a long time so it made it really special for her!  She wanted Grandma and Grandpa and the Thorson/Kleven family to come too.

She got some little Fairies from her Manny!

Hayden bought Halle this glass rose from the school store.  He spent a pretty penny on this look a like beauty and the beast rose!!

I only had my super telephoto lens on so that is why it was hard for me to get just a normal picture of everyone.  I am taking this picture from the other side of the restaurant dodging everyone that walks in front of the table and unable to let anyone know I'm taking the picture!

Well what to say about Halle!  Halle is my spunky little red head bursting with personality!  Some times she plays the shy card, but eventually she just can't hold it in any longer!  If your around very long your sure to see the real Halle!  Halle loves friends!  Her schedule is rather full with lots of friends.  She is a very good friend and seems to be able to get along with everyone she plays with.  I thought she might be a bossy friend just from my own experience of being bossed by her, but actually she is not bossy with her friends and always seems to let them choose first and is always willing to do their games and ideas. Halle is also a great snuggler.  She loves her blankie and snuggling with mommy or daddy!  Actually she loves to snuggle with anyone that will take the time to hold her!  I do love that! 

I'm sure gonna miss my little Halle when she is at school all day.  Can you tell I'm having growing pains.  It seems like only yesterday she was screaming at all of is in her high chair and now she is all grown up.  She can even swallow her pills!
